MMA is everywhere you look these days.  Currently Playboy.com is showcasing the sport through the use of beautiful women, go figure.  The site features three short “training” videos with female models executing techniques such as chest to chest sweep, sleeper hold, and north south triangle choke.  You won’t learn enough here to submit Nogueira, but probably worth a watch.  Check out the video HERE.
