A Glimps into Couture’s Training Camp
As The Natural prepares for his UFC title defense, MMA Today took their cameras into Randy Couture’s training facility to catch his team in action. On hand are Kendall Grove, Kimbo Slice, Tyson Griffen, and a slew of others busting ass. Not sure if this is their normal training intensity or if they turned it up a bit because of the cameras. Either way, you know if they are training with Randy they are working hard.
