Nice shot Tim! As for Glenn, Tim was born without a gun, yet developed the skills necessary to successfully use one in the difficult and skillful hunting of a deadly predator. What skills have YOU developed Glenn? Care to demonstrate your own suggestion of confronting a mountain lion without a weapon? Actually the pic doesn’t indicate the type of weapon used, it could have been a bow, and would be even more impressive. As for Kimbo, It would take two guns jamming and a cat with rabies for your little scenario to happen. Before you comment in ignorance, consider that perhaps since you are not familiar with the subject AT ALL then maybe you would be wise to shut your face hole till you DO have some limited understanding. Have you ever fired a weapon? Even at just a target? Have you ever tried to stalk even a small animal like a squirrel? Just to see how close you can get without scaring the critter? The cougar has! Walk in his pawprints, think like the hunter he is. You don’t have to kill, although that is part of having hunted. Just try to understand before you condemn. All life is precious, yes. And so the taking of life is precious too. We all live by killing SOMETHING, be it plant or animal, even the puma in the pic killed on a daily basis just to live itself. Do not give human attributes to the cougar, but rather enjoy some of the animal attributes of being a human. Yes the animal is beautiful, it’s life is beautiful, and death is beautiful too, in that it makes life SO precious. That gorgeous cat dealt death to many other animals as part of its basic function, Why do you condemn Tim here as a coward for participating in the simplicity of the hunt? Would you also condemn the cougar as it kill bites a rabbit? “Bad kitty”! NO! You see how ridiculous your statements seem to a hunter. Is that your intent? to turn away the hunter from his art with silly statements of how you opinion his acts as cowardice? How effective will this be? The cougar has far more effective weapons built in, and yet was taken.
