“Shark Bait Training” with Stephan Bonnar
The guys over at RawVegas.tv have dropped another nice video interview leading up to UFC 77. Here we have Stephan Bonnar at Randy Couture’s gym talking about his ”shark bait training,” where he takes on a new and different opponent every minute until he can’t go any more. In addition to his training, Bonnar gives his thoughts on what it is like to fight someone you consider your friend, his epic fight with Forrest Griffin, and his days on The Ultimate Fighter.
Bonnar will be fighting Eric Schafer at UFC 77 and is considered to be a heavy heavy favorite in that match.
