Ok, ok, she’s not a true professional mixed martial arts fighter, but she does train MMA and “fights in a cage.”
Allow me to introduce the girl who will American Idol this season, Kristy Lee Cook. She was on last night’s episode and let me tell yeah, she’s pretty damn dreamy. She’s beautiful, has a great voice, and knows jiu-jitsu! What more could you ask for?

I think its all for show I dont believe she fights because if you fight in amatuer mma or do anything now adays it has to be recorded by what ever promoter. even if its 1 fight. google kristys name and all come up is american idol BS. plus I thought american idol was for new talent she already had a deal with arista nashville in 2001. what happen there? plus if she knows juijitsu or who ever is teaching her sucks cause that takedown with the armbar was slow and sloppy i will give her one thing the palm was face up so that was right. so now you know shes a fake and american idol is a fake.
