Fedor buys food, visits Russian bookstore

Wednesday, January 21st, 2009

Leading up to Saturday’s Affliction M-1 Global event where Fedor Emelianenko will take on Andre Arlovski, here’s some footage of Fedor in his fight preparation. After 30 hours of traveling, the camera crew catches up with Fedor in a training session, then it’s off to a Russian bookstore in New York, followed by a trip to the market where Emeliamenko stocks up on some food. Nothing too exciting, but it does show you just how humble of a guy Fedor is.

Fedor vs. Arlovski Trailer

Friday, October 24th, 2008

Sorry UFC, when it comes to heavyweights, you just can’t touch Affliction. On January 24, 2009, arguably the greatest pound-for-pound fighter in MMA, Fedor Emelianenko will take on former UFC champion Andre Arlovski. After Fedor’s impressive destruction of other UFC champ Tim Sylvia, the smart money is obviously on Fedor. My question to you is, in what round and by how will he win?

CB Dollaway Admits He Tapped

Sunday, June 22nd, 2008

Geez, after the bitching and moaning this guy did after his loss to Amir Sadollah at last night’s The Ultimate Fighter Finale, it’s a bit of a surprise how easily he admitted to tapping post fight. Obviously he had a chance to look at the video and knew there was no use in denying it further. UFC.com has a short video clip of CB getting interviewed after the fight where he says he made a mistake and needs to learn some more jiu-jitsu.
